I think Trey Songz is a better singer...
As far as albums go I haven't heard any of Ne-Yo's albums all the way through so Trey Songz by default...

Well clearly Trey is the better stronger singer, but Ne-yo's song writing prowess is damn near legendary. Nigga can write his ass off. I enjoy Treys voice more though...no homo lol
