well first I need to let it be known that I have never found Rae particularly impressive, I don't enjoy OB4CL for him, I really only listen to it for Ghostface. With that being said, like somewhere between 40 and 50.

no question; they both are ahead of Rae for me, too....and even though I don't think Meth has a classic (Sorry Tical Fans), I'd put Meth ahead of Rae as well.....Meth's verses on OB4CLII were dope as hell
