c/S- as much as I hate to admit it, we males are notorious for having short attention spans....which means the less time he is spending with you...the more time he is spending with someone else...very suspect.

Because let's say you were friends with some girl. You hung out like friends do, had a good time, called each other and talked about the good time had and planned future good times. If you called the next day and she was like "WTF didn't I just talk to you yesterday? Why we gotta talk everyday? I'm busy!"

You'd be like

You wouldn't accept that kind of behavior from a friend, so why settle for less if you're trying to be more than friends? erh... hypothetically speaking....
