There's really not a lot to Canibus...just a lot of endless rhyming. I'm not one to hate on lyricists of his caliber, but he has no melody, no ability to create songs, he just rhymes endlessly. This is not a bad skill to have as a rapper mind you...but it is bad when that is all you have. His beat selection skills are laughable, he doesn't attempt to switch his flow at any point in time...he just wants to rhyme until he passes out from exhaustion. Save for some epic bodying he's done to artists and a few standout verses I cannot get into Canibus, though due to his being lyrically ahead of 99% of hip hop I could never call him wack, but he's definitely not for me.
